Mubasher: Kuwait’s holdings of the US Treasury bonds increased by 1.65% or $600 million in March when compared to February 2018.
The Gulf country’s holdings of the US Treasuries grew to $36.9 billion in March when compared to $36.3 billion in February, according to the latest official data.
On an annual basis, Kuwait’s holdings of the US Treasury bonds increased when compared to $32.4 billion in March 2017.
The bonds varied as $33.97 billion on a long-term basis, while the short-term bonds totalled $2.88 billion.
